The purpose of the base administrator is to:

Ensure the supervision of the flight base (customer services, ordering work tools) and documents related to the operation of the flight base.

Ensure clear communication between instructors, administration staff and students

Job Location: Carretera de l’Aeroport, s/n, 25125 Alguaire, Lérida, Spain

Main responsibilities:

 Supervision of training flight base (providing customer service, ordering necessary work tools)

• Establishing flight schedules, distributing them, updating and informing students, instructors and drivers about changes

• Constant communication with students from different countries of the world

• Solving various questions or problems for students or instructors • Effective management of documentation related to the flight base activities (instructor working time accounting, issuing invoices, issuing training certificates). Requirements:
 Strong time management and organizational skills  Excellent oral and written communication skills  At least 1 year of experience in administration field – would be an advantage  Discipline, good time management, strong motivation and ability to work in a team.
