CAT B1 or B2 Mechanic for B737CL/NG

CAT B1 or B2 Mechanic for B747-400

CAT B1 or B2 Mechanic for Boeing 777

To be considered for these positions you need to have the following skills and attributes:

  • Valid EASA Part 66 License
  • At least 2 years plus Aircraft Maintenance experience
  • Flexibility
  • Willingness to work shift including nights / weekends
  • Very good knowledge of English language both spoken & written
  • Driving license Class B
  • Reliability & high level of commitment

Overall job purpose is to carry out maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with Jet Aviation procedures, authority regulations and customer requirements, under the instructions of the Superior.

Operational activities:

  • Work under the instructions of the Lead Engineer and/or Aircraft Supervisor to ensure that, as a team, all project plan milestones are met
  • Follow the work distribution defined by the Aircraft Superior and assume responsibility for the work performed on the aircraft and the hours allocated per task
  • Work according to the processes and defined project plan(s) in an accurate and timely manner to ensure the agreed targets and milestones are respected
  • Ensure that any defect found on the aircraft is reported to the Aircraft Superior and transferred to the Jet Aviation working documentation
  • Ensure that his worked job cards are stamped and completed on a daily basis according to the procedures
  • Return the worked job cards to the Aircraft White Board and make sure the Aircraft Superior is informed in case further work is required
  • Respect the defined channels of communication as instructed by the Aircraft Superior
  • Assist co-workers as instructed by the Aircraft Superior
  • Apply acquired skills and actively contribute in continuous improvement
  • Share experience
  • When workload requires or upon Aircraft Superior  request, assist in other work tasks to ensure the department’s goals are met

Qualification / experience:

  • Two to three years’ experience as Licensed Aircraft Engineer or minimum 6 years’ technical aviation experience
  • Extensive mechanical / technical knowledge within the aviation industry
  • Heavy experience within an industrial environment, without leadership responsibility
  • Ability to read and understand Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and project plans


    Education requirements:

  • Technical certificate (Bac pro / Technical High School Graduation in a professional / technical area)
  • Valid Part 66 B1 without limitation
  • Type rating mandatory Bombardier Global or Gulfstream from 200 to 650 or Boeing 737 an advantage
  • IT Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
