Egnatia Aviation, based at Kavala International Airport in Greece, is the country’s largest Approved Training Organisation and one of the largest Approved Training Organisations in South Europe. Since its inception in 2006, Egnatia Aviation provides training towards all classes of EASA licences and ratings and it has graduated in excess of 1250 commercial pilots.

Egnatia Aviation is seeking professional and enthusiastic Flight Instructors to become part of our team.

Position Details:

  • Position Vacancies: 02
  • Work location: Kavala, Greece
  • Remuneration: Salary + Bonuses based on your qualifications and productivity

Essential Criteria:

  • Current EASA/JAA Commercial Pilots License (CPL)
  • Valid FI(A)
  • Valid EASA/JAA Class 1 Medical
  • Valid ICAO ELP

Minimum Flight Time:

  • Total flight time: 500 hrs
  • Total instructional time: 200 hrs

Main Duties:

  • Instruct on our flight training courses – aircraft and FNPTII as directed by the CFI
  • Provide a high standard of student preparation through our training syllabus
  • Achieve training time schedule based on a planned program

Minimum requirements include

  • Minimum of 3000 hours total time
  • 500 hours command experience on a relevant type
  • Unrestricted Class 1 Medical
  • Minimum ICAO Level 5 English Language Proficiency
  • No History of Incidents or Accidents
  • Right to live and work in the EU without restriction or limitation
