Junior CRM Operator Norwegian Barcelona

Norwegian’s loyalty program, Norwegian Reward, is growing fast and have just reached 6 million members across Europe and North America. In order to keep up with the demand to produce more CRM dialogue material for all regions we operate in, we are now recruiting new members to the Reward team.

Job description

– Continuous production and optimization of email newsletters
– Reporting open rates, click rates, bounce rate
– Ad-hoc creation of email campaigns for us and related partners
– Continuous A/B-testing, analysis and optimization of content


– Master or bachelor studies, marketing or relevant field
– Experience in producing high quality CRM email campaigns
– Experienced in working remotely and making use of digital communication platforms
– Knowledge of HTML/CSS
– Fluent written and spoken English skills
– Additional language skills is preferred (Spanish, Scandinavian)
