JOB TITLE: Maintenance Planner

BASE: BUD – Office  

 

 

Duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Managing and approve work up to and including A-checks maintenance , including internal work orders (IWOs), Job Cards for modification, deferred final repairs, LLP changes, rectification of DIRs before due limit
  • Preparation and managing of deferred items rectification with contracted maintenance organizations
  • Controlling technical representative work at Maintenance Organization, performing the  C-check Organization and participate on regular maintenance planning meetings
  • Tracking of Deviations from Maintenance Programme
  • Cooperation with MOC, Maintenance Planners in order to handle on time Due List’s works
  • Check of submitted records by maintenance organization providing maintenance services, including ADs.
  • Check that every deferral during Maintenance (MEL/CDL/DD/HIL/RDAS/CRAS) correctly recorded in AMOS by maintenance provider
  • Preparation and managing of each C-check’s work scope, including Job Cards for modification, deferred final repairs, LLP changes
  • Set-up of a “Bridging” maintenance check for incorporation of the aircraft into the approved operator’s maintenance program as per Fleet Transition Manager request
  • Confirm performance status of the maintenance tasks i.a.w. approved AMP
  • Verification and control of sample tasks
  • Forwarding of weighing report to the weight and balance subcontracted team

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Finalised university / college degree
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Good knowledge of the Aircraft Maintenance Program and its source documents
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (AMOS preferable)

 

Work time: Full Time, day time shift system covering 7 days
