JOB TITLE: Maintenance Planner
BASE: BUD – Office
Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing and approve work up to and including A-checks maintenance , including internal work orders (IWOs), Job Cards for modification, deferred final repairs, LLP changes, rectification of DIRs before due limit
- Preparation and managing of deferred items rectification with contracted maintenance organizations
- Controlling technical representative work at Maintenance Organization, performing the C-check Organization and participate on regular maintenance planning meetings
- Tracking of Deviations from Maintenance Programme
- Cooperation with MOC, Maintenance Planners in order to handle on time Due List’s works
- Check of submitted records by maintenance organization providing maintenance services, including ADs.
- Check that every deferral during Maintenance (MEL/CDL/DD/HIL/RDAS/CRAS) correctly recorded in AMOS by maintenance provider
- Preparation and managing of each C-check’s work scope, including Job Cards for modification, deferred final repairs, LLP changes
- Set-up of a “Bridging” maintenance check for incorporation of the aircraft into the approved operator’s maintenance program as per Fleet Transition Manager request
- Confirm performance status of the maintenance tasks i.a.w. approved AMP
- Verification and control of sample tasks
- Forwarding of weighing report to the weight and balance subcontracted team
Requirements:
- Finalised university / college degree
- Fluent English knowledge
- Good knowledge of the Aircraft Maintenance Program and its source documents
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (AMOS preferable)
Work time: Full Time, day time shift system covering 7 days
